Good day everyone, I've already posted this question on another Scottish Gaelic site, I'm trying to repeat the question here cause may be I'll have better luck:

I started the Gaelic language many years ago with this book, I bought it when Internet was not yet existing; when in 1992 they started renewing the old blue cover of the TY series, they printed the old edition with this written on the back: "Also available in a book cassette pack" but probably it was a mistake.

Ever since I bought this book I've been looking for the audio recording but it looks like the message on the back of the book was wrong.
They never made it.
The book by Roderick Mackinnon (1972) has this ISBN-10 : 0340151536, the next one is by Boyd Robertson and has the tapes bundled.

There is also another book corresponding to Teach Yourself Gaelic, from the same series. The book is here reviewed (Teach Yourself Irish, Myles Dillon), and the recordings have been provided separately by learners many years after it was published, it would be wonderful if one day the same could happen for TY Gaelic.

I was wondering if anyone mothertongue Scottish Gaelic or at least very proficient, could supply at least a few pages of recording for this book.
I also strongly appreciate someone (possibly) with the least English accent because otherwise I would do the recordings myself with my own bad accent.

I post the images of the cover of the 2 different editions: "1992 Roderick Mackinnon" and the next edition "1993 Boyd Robertson" which indeed has the recordings.
Thank you

P.S.
Is it not possible to post on this forum the images of the books ?

As far as I know there aren't any native Scottish Gaelic speakers on this forum. Two members are relatively fluent. Caoimhín will be able to help when he gets back.

Thank, you very much.

I have even tried myself but when listening at my own recording,
I can hear my native accent. Hahaha !

Bríd was talking about me, but my spoken Gaelic is nowhere near good enough to do useful audio files. There are, however, other sources.

At this link you will find audio files describing how to pronounce the sounds of Gaelic:
http://www.akerbeltz.org/index.php?title=Fuaimean_na_G%C3%A0idhlig
The site can be confusing at first, but if you look below the words "Fuaimean na Gàidhlig" in the green banner at the bottom, you'll find little links which will take you to a wealth of pronunciation material, with downloadable audio files.

The following site also has a huge amount of teaching materials:
https://www.foramnagaidhlig.net/index.php?page=4
At that site, the list on the left also leads to more aspects of Foram na Gaidhlig, including discussion forums. I've found the people there to be mostly friendly, but you can run into someone now and then who is a bit snippy when it comes to helping basic learners.

Another helpful organization which offers teaching materials and courses is The American Scottish Gaelic Society:
https://acgamerica.org/

If you want to try listening to Gaelic radio, there's Radio nan Gàidheal:
https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/m00132fn

If you ever want to study Gaelic in a setting with native speakers, there's Sabhal Mòr Ostaig on the Isle of Skye:
https://www.smo.uhi.ac.uk/?lang=en

There's also a companion book to the basic TYGaelic one, called Teach Yourself Gaelic Conversation, which comes with three audio CD's and is very good. I just checked Amazon and it is available there, but seems to have gotten a bit pricey ($40 range), which may mean that it is now out of print. One can sometimes find it in bookstores (if you can find a bookstore these days).
